Therefore, through this "Information Notice on the Processing of Personal Data", we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data in our processes and your rights arising from Law No. 6698 and the GDPR regulation as our valued guests and visitors.
Your Processed Personal Data Identity information (e.g., name, surname, Turkish ID number, passport number, etc.). Contact information (e.g., phone number, email address, your contact address, etc.). Personal information (e.g., date of birth, nationality). Information about your children (e.g., name, date of birth, age). Information collected about individuals under the age of 18 is limited to name, nationality, and date of birth, and this information can only be provided to us by an adult. Time of Obtaining Your Personal Data Personal data may be collected in various situations, including but not limited to the following:
Hotel activities: Room reservations. Check-in and payment at the hotel. Your arrival and departure dates at the hotel. Food and beverage consumption in the hotel bar or restaurant during a stay. Requests, complaints, and/or disputes. Your reservations (Weddings, Meetings, and other events). Recommendation and survey forms. Processing of personal data within the framework of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data refers to any kind of processing performed on data, whether fully or partially automated or non-automated, as long as it involves obtaining, recording, storing, preserving, modifying, rearranging, disclosing, transferring, taking over, making obtainable, classifying, or using data.

Participation in customer surveys (e.g., Guest Satisfaction Survey). Subscribing to newsletters to receive offers and promotions via email.

Information provided to our facilities through tour operators, travel agencies, GDS reservation systems, and others for your reservations.

Your personal data is processed as the "Data Controller" in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and necessary administrative and technical measures are taken, in compliance with the purposes specified in Article 3 of this Notice. Therefore, your personal data is collected and processed by the relevant departments of the hotel and authorized departments in automated or non-automated ways through the following methods and means, and the necessary security measures are taken within the scope of the KVK Law and GDPR to protect your personal data:
In person, through the websites owned by the hotel, by email, by mail, through references, or through solution partners and suppliers working with the hotel (e.g., travel agencies, tour companies, booking websites), and/or through internet websites, social media accounts. Information obtained during conversations that can be conducted in different ways (face to face, phone, teleconference, video conference, fax, etc.). Your personal data may be collected through various channels and methods such as face-to-face interviews, phone calls, and electronic forms. Your personal data is processed based on the following legal grounds specified in Article 5 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data: Your explicit consent. It is clearly prescribed by the laws. III.
